The closing mode of "AOX-M" series Customizable Electric Motor Multi Turn Actuator valve: Based on the design requirements of the valve, it can be a limit stop (subject to the stroke completed by the valve) at the terminal position, mainly through the position feedback of the absolute encoder collected by the actuator position, or a torque stop (subject to the set torque). Therefore, the actuator is equipped with two independent measurement systems, namely, electronic position detection and torque switch. Because the valve closing method must consider the setting of the actuator and the control of the actuator at the same time. Therefore, the signal processing methods for the two types of valve closing modes are different.

While ensuring the product quality, we also pay attention to the details of control, especially the product packaging. Fine packaging can effectively ensure the appearance of “AOX-M” series non-invasive multi turn electric actuators and bring good experience to customers.
Valve control: the traditional potentiometer test valve position is eliminated in favour of a magnetic induction absolute encoder, which improves position accuracy and allows accurate and reliable recording of the valve position without the need for batteries when the actuator is powered down.
