Summary

AOX has been in the electric actuator industry for more than 20 years. "AOX-M" series electric actuator is an Industrial Electric Multi Turn Valve Actuator. It uses 380V, 220V and 110V AC power as the driving power supply and 4-20mA current signal or 0-10V DC voltage signal as the control signal to move the valve to the required position. So as to realize its automatic control.

The valve actuators of "AOX-M" series industrial electric multi turn work in two ways. The first is the short-time switching type: the standard of AOX-M switching multi rotation actuator is the 15 minute short-time type. The special series can also make s2-30min standard or higher, but the torque value will be lost. Specific instructions are required according to customer requirements. The second is intermittent regulation type operation: in regulation application, the variable is subject to multiple factors. The change of command input signal, pressure fluctuation in the pipeline, and temperature change can all affect the process. Therefore, it is required to adjust the electric valve frequently. The sensitive adjustment is started every few seconds, so there are high requirements for the adjustable multi rotation actuator. Mechanical components and motors must be reasonably involved and can withstand a large number of frequent operations without loss of adjustment accuracy.
