Product Introduction of the New Desigh Automation Electric Multi Turn Valve Actuator

"AOX-M" series new design automation electronic multi turn valve actuator has absolute stroke measurement without battery. The position of the valve is determined by the multi rotation measurement encoder. After the displacement caused by the power-off handwheel is energized again, the real-time position of the valve can be recognized immediately, without trial run commissioning and battery support.

Manual operation: The handwheel can be used to operate the multi-turn actuator during test runs or in emergency conditions. Manual operation is initiated by disconnecting the motor from the actuator by operating the red change-over handle. Due to the self-locking turbine separation between the motor and the operating shaft, it is easy to switch to manual operation even when the actuator is operating at maximum torque values. After starting the motor, the manual operation is automatically disengaged. The handwheel does not operate while the motor is being operated.
