"AOX-R" series products Small Part Turn Electric Motor Operated Valve Actuator are used to control valves with rotation of 0 °~270 °, such as ball valves, butterfly valves, flapper valves, louver valves, etc., which can be widely used in petroleum, chemical, water treatment and other industries. It uses 380VAC/220VAC/24VDC as the driving power, and the maximum output torque can reach 5000NM.
Product Introduction of the Small Part Turn Electric Motor Operated Valve Actuator
"AOX-R" series Small Part Turn Electric Motor Operated Valve Actuator adopts potentiometer. The potentiometer is output as a feedback signal in the actuator and has three output terminals, of which pin ② is connected to the sliding arm of the potentiometer. ① When the pin is connected to the actuator open action, the resistance between the pin and the sliding arm decreases continuously at one end, while the pin ③ is connected to the sliding arm when the actuator closes action, the resistance between the pin and the sliding arm decreases continuously at one end. Use the handle to turn the valve to the fully open position, subject to the action of the limit switch. Use a multimeter to measure, and adjust the resistance of ② pin and ① pin on the terminal to 35 Ω - 60 Ω. If it is not correct, it can be adjusted by turning the potentiometer drive gear.
