The basic type of motor actuators produced by other factories do not have a reducer in the models with large torque. Because the aluminum alloy is used as the main housing, the motor actuators are easy to break. The "AOX-R" series developed by AOX, even if it is a basic type, models above 1600NM will also be equipped with a reducer, and the reducer housing is made of ductile iron. The worm gears of other models of our company are all of full worm wheel type, which can rotate 360 degrees. In this way, even if they are adjusted too much, they will not be damaged, and it is more convenient for fault handling. |
The transmission part is more reasonable and reliable: the gear box body is all made of aluminum alloy, eliminating the problem of gear box cracking; the gears are all made of 40 chromium steel refined by secondary heat treatment, which is more solid and reliable. Wear resistance, fatigue resistance is stronger, more solid and reliable.
