The handle design of "AOX-R" series manual structure ensures safety, reliability, labor saving and small size. When the power is not available, the handle can be pulled for manual operation. When manual operation is not required, put the wrench in the wrench clamp for convenient use. The "AOX-R" series part turn electric valve actuator indicator is installed on the central shaft to observe the valve position. The lens is designed with a convex mirror, which is free of water and more convenient for observation.

Other plants have part turn electric valve actuator regulation type modules built in, where the electronic components are affected by the temperature generated during operation. In this case, the module gets hot easily and the heat dissipation performance is very poor. Since the module is not fixed, the electric valve actuator's performance is unstable because of the dummy soldering of the electrical components in case of vibration in the field. In contrast, AOX's "AOX-R" series regulating modules are mounted externally, which allows better heat dissipation from the bare board and solves the contradiction that the maximum temperature of the actuator is 120°C, while the temperature of the module's electronic elements is only 70°C. Moreover, the "AOX-R" series of products adopt weak power control, which will not affect the quality of the modules due to unstable voltage on site. The module is fixed to ensure stable performance under any high-intensity vibration conditions. |
Quicker and more convenient debugging: By improving the electrical cam structure, we have integrated the four cams into two pieces and isolated them with butterfly springs, and pressed them with anti-loosening nuts, which improves the disadvantages of M3 screws used by other manufacturers, such as unrealistic positioning, inaccuracy, slippage, and the M3 wrench is not easy to find on site.
The exterior has been upgraded and renewed several times for a very new, beautiful and unique appearance. The die-cast aluminium housing has high strength and an anti-corrosion coating, providing sufficient protection for the internal electronics of the electric actuator.
