Product Introduction of the industral automation part turn electric actuator

 

"AOX-Q" series industral automation part turn electric actuators are suitable for petroleum, chemical and other industries. "AOX-Q" series electric actuator bottom flange mounting hole size complies with ISO5211 standard. If the installation dimension of the valve is inconsistent with it, the bracket or adapter plate can be designed separately. The actuator and the valve are connected through the removable drive shaft sleeve on the main shaft. The drive shaft sleeve is a solid part before delivery. First screw out two fastening screws counterclockwise with a wrench, and then push out the drive shaft sleeve with two jacking screws.

Other electric actuators

AOX-R series

The electric actuators delivered from other factories are not high in strength accuracy in terms of the main shaft, and the matching accuracy of the worm gear is low and the return difference is large. The output shaft is of split design, which is not conducive to accuracy and stability. AOX's "AOX-Q" series electric actuators are designed in one dimension in terms of the main shaft and installation. The output dimension and input control are eliminated from the fitting error and safety hazard. The overall design of the installation dimension avoids the occurrence of screw loosening. The output shaft is made of steel with 2.6 times higher tensile strength than zinc aluminum alloy (No. 45 steel 600mpl, zinc aluminum alloy 230mpl) and stronger performance.

 

Production details of the industral automation part turn electric actuator

 

1.Electric operation:

Before electric operation, check whether the opening meter and valve angle (fully open and fully closed) are consistent by manual operation;

check whether the wiring is correct, and at the same time, use the external switch to confirm the opening and closing action;

after confirming the above status, start the electric operation.


2.Attention:

①Check whether the wiring diagram, power supply and input / output signals are correct.

②Try not to change the internal wiring.



3.Attention shall be paid to AC380V switch type:

Manually put the actuator at the half open / close position, power on and input the on signal.

If the actuator operates in the open position, the wiring is correct.

If the movement direction is opposite, two of the three power lines must be exchanged.
