"AOX-R" series is a smart part turn electric motor operated valve actuator developed by AOX company, and has obtained many certifications such as DNV, CCS and EU CE. The "AOX-R" series electric actuator mainly consists of the following parts:

1. shell part: including the shell and base part; 

2. drive part: high performance fully enclosed squirrel cage motor as the power source; 

3. transmission mechanism: worm wheel and gear transmission part; 

4. proportional control part: separated from the mechanical part, easy to debug; 

5. Limit switch part;

6. opening degree detection and feedback part.

1.AOX uses aluminium alloy for all gearboxes, which eliminates the problem of cracked gearboxes and makes the transmission part of the actuator more rational and reliable; the gears of all AOX products are made of 40 chrome steel refined by secondary heat treatment, which is very robust and reliable and increases the service life of the actuator.



2. AOX makes the motor temperature rise lower by increasing the size of the motor. The principle is that the capacitor capacity is reduced for the same power, lowering the starting current and reducing the degree of heat generation.
